We ship internationally to most countries via FedEx Priority. However, due to customs restrictions, we cannot ship to Spain or Mexico at this time.

Shipping luxury products worldwide is expensive, but we cover most of the cost. For orders under $200, we charge a flat fee of $20.
Orders of $200 or more ship free—just another way we like to spoil you.

All orders are shipped from Korea and usually arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders, and you can select a free message card for each item in your order.

Yes, for most destinations (including EU and US), duties and taxes are included in your final checkout price during the month of August. You won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
However, exceptions apply to certain countries where local customs regulations prevent us from pre-paying or covering duties and taxes. Please refer to the excluded country list in the FAQ.

Due to customs complexity, regulatory restrictions, or unpredictable import costs, duties and taxes may still apply upon delivery in the following countries:
Brazil, Argentina, India, Turkey, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, GCC Region, Thailand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Egypt, Iran, Lebanon, Ukraine, Venezuela, Iraq, Syria, Philippines, Indonesia, South Africa, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Cameroon, Botswana, Belarus, Bosnia, Burundi, Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea, North Macedonia, Madagascar, Tunisia, Seychelles, and Malawi.
We still ship to these countries, but duties and taxes will not be covered under this promotion.

In most cases, if your country is not on the exclusion list, your total at checkout will include all applicable import duties and taxes. We work with our logistics partners to ensure these fees are covered wherever local regulations allow. However, customs procedures can vary by country and may occasionally result in additional fees beyond our control. In such rare cases, the local authority may charge the recipient directly.
While this is uncommon, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have specific concerns.

Neither. This is a temporary coverage policy: We are paying applicable import duties and taxes on your behalf at the time of shipment, so you don't have to. There’s no refund process and no paperwork required from you.

We strive to stay current with customs policies worldwide. However, in the rare case where a local authority enforces additional fees that cannot be pre-paid or bypassed, the customer may still be responsible for those charges, even if the country is not on our current exclusion list.
We reserve the right to update the list of excluded countries at any time, without prior notice, in accordance with legal and logistical changes.

This is a limited-time offer valid through August 31. After that date, standard shipping terms will apply unless stated otherwise.

We take great care in packaging and quality control, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue. Once confirmed on our side, we will cover all related shipping and replacement costs, and arrange a prompt exchange.

We understand, but due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns under specific conditions.
If you request a return for reasons other than confirmed product issues (such as a change of mind, scent preference, or buyer’s remorse), the following fees will be deducted from your refund:- Original shipping cost

To initiate a return, please contact us at btso@housebylim.com within 14 days of delivery with your proof of purchase. Return shipping fees may apply.
