The first floor sits inside a red brick building carrying the texture of Seongsu's industrial past. Here, fragrance is presented not as a product but as an object. Aged brick and reclaimed leather hold the imprint of time. Display structures built from reused wooden pallets pay direct homage to the neighborhood's working history. Surrounded by works from Korean contemporary artists, the space draws attention to the beauty that lives inside what remains unresolved.

The second floor was created in collaboration with the artist group SILO LAB. A large scale media artwork visualizes the innermost layers of the self. Pigeon shaped CCTV cameras appear throughout the space, creating a deliberate tension between external surveillance and inward self perception. Presence becomes image. Image becomes reflection.
Annex
Across the courtyard, the annex is arranged as a space where the noise of the everyday is briefly held at a distance. Spread across its red-marked interior and exterior are symbolic forms associated with the brand: pigeons, rats, and the raised middle finger. Operating through suggestion, these symbols allow the brand’s attitude and sensibility to emerge gradually.
Within this setting, we introduce two of our new provocations.
Fine Fragrance Coffee.
Developed over years of tasting and refinement, the fine fragrance coffee carries notes of Wine (Dolce Rosso), Maraschino Cherry (Amarena Cherry), Coconut Cream (Crème Coco), Honey Caramel (Honey Caramel), Peach Confit (Peach Confit), and Durian Custard (Peach Confit). These flavors reflect our wild & rebellious philosophy, translated into the form of coffee.
Alongside this, we introduce new size assortments of 7.5ml and 10ml travel sprays
designed to bring the brand more closely into the smaller moments of daily life.
The Seongsu flagship is less about consumption and more about awareness, a space where visitors can encounter both the brand and themselves within it. More than a store, it becomes an entry point into the world of BORNTOSTANDOUT.

Revealing our newest provocation: fine fragrance coffee; Extait De Cafe.
BORNTOSTANDOUT continues to grow as a cult lifestyle brand built around scent, design, and cultural provocation. Today we extend that language into a new rebellious category. Coffee. Not as a routine, but as a form of self expression. Composed by perfumers and balanced by flavorists, this is coffee designed the way a fragrance is designed, with the same intensity of aroma, flavor, and intention.
You might wonder why coffee?
And that’s exactly why we chose coffee. We’re here to disrupt the ordinary, question the standards, and move outside expectations,continuing to expand how self-expression can take form. In extending our categories, we move beyond the purely imaginative into the everyday, transforming a ritual object into something subversive. Hence, the coffee.
Still on brand, the focus remains on aromatic infusion.
Built on single origin Brazilian Mogiana NY2, prized for its creamy body and restrained acidity, it serves as a disciplined base, designed to be saturated with aroma. After a deep aromatic infusion and a month-long maturation, it transforms, filling the room the moment it’s ground, and lingering in the air and in memory once brewed.
Refined through months of tasting, with a focus on grind, ratio, and extraction, every detail, down to the aftertaste, is deliberate. Wild, opulent, deliberately overdosed, a sensorial extension of what you wear on skin, now you can experience in a cup.
We introduce six flavors.
Dolce Rosso (Wine), Crème Coco (Coconut), Peach Confit (Peach), Honey Caramel (Honey and caramel), Amarena Cherry (Cherry), and Durian Custard (Durian) of course.
Like perfumes,each coffee carries top, heart, and base notes, with inspirations rooted in the real backstories behind their scent and taste. This launch opens a space at our new Seongsu flagship store to hold the rat blotter (another disruptive creative of ours) close and sniff through the beans, fully experiencing the coffee.

Coffee is only the beginning. From here, we continue to expand as a cult lifestyle brand, attuned to the subtle, often unspoken tastes each individual carries within their own life. BORNTOSTANDOUT’s New Flagship Store in Seongsu, Seoul
Seongsu was once an industrial district on the eastern edge of Seoul, defined by workshops, factories, and decades of working hands. Today it has become the cultural center of the city, the way Brooklyn reshaped New York, the Marais redrew Paris, or Shoreditch rewrote London. Raw architecture, creative communities, and quiet luxury now share the same streets. Opening here was instinctive. Seongsu is a neighborhood whose identity is still being written, and that is exactly where we wanted to stand. Our third flagship experience unfolds across two floors and an annex.
